WHY EVERDOG EXISTS
It started with Lenny. It became a promise.
EverDog began with a loss I wish had ended differently.
Lenny didn’t pass away peacefully or grow old gracefully. I watched the dog I loved become less and less like himself, while everything we could do felt reactive - managing each new problem only after it appeared.
Losing him left me heartbroken, but it also left me with a question that never went away...
What could I have done earlier to support the years we had together?
A few years later, Hollie and Luna came into my life. They brought so much happiness with them, but they also gave that question a new urgency. I didn’t want to wait until they began slowing down before taking their long-term health seriously.
I wanted to support them now - while they were young, happy and full of life.
That search became EverDog.
Our mission is to help one million dog owners take a more proactive approach to their dog’s long-term wellbeing.
That means supporting the whole dog every day - not only reacting when something goes wrong. Their digestion, movement, cognitive health, immunity and healthy ageing are deeply connected, and we believe their daily nutrition should reflect that.

What is Daily Longevity?
Daily Longevity is a human-grade, plant-based powder created to support your dog’s gut, joints, brain, immunity and healthy ageing in one simple daily scoop.
What makes Daily Longevity different?
Most dog supplements focus on one area at a time. Daily Longevity combines 24 carefully selected nutrients, botanicals, functional mushrooms and microbiome-supporting ingredients to provide comprehensive, whole-body daily support.
What age can my dog start Daily Longevity?
Daily Longevity is designed for adult dogs aged 12 months and over. For puppies under 12 months, please speak to your vet before use.
Is it suitable for all breeds?
Yes. Daily Longevity is suitable for adult dogs of all breeds and sizes. The recommended serving is based on your dog’s weight.
Is Daily Longevity a medicine?
No. Daily Longevity is a complementary feed for dogs. It is designed to support normal health and wellbeing and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
When might I notice a difference?
Every dog is different. Some owners may notice changes in digestion or everyday vitality within the first few weeks, while visible changes to coat condition or movement may take longer.
For the fairest assessment, we recommend using Daily Longevity consistently for up to 90 days.
Can healthy dogs take Daily Longevity?
Yes. Daily Longevity was created as proactive daily nutritional support, not only for dogs already showing signs of ageing.
Will Daily Longevity replace my dog’s normal food?
No. Daily Longevity is designed to complement a complete and balanced diet. It should be added to your dog’s usual food rather than used as a replacement.

What is in Daily Longevity?
Daily Longevity contains 24 active nutrients, including plant-based omega-3 DHA, turmeric extract, MSM, Boswellia, hyaluronic acid, CoQ10, Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, prebiotics, probiotics, postbiotics, vitamins and minerals.

Are the ingredients plant-based?
Yes. Daily Longevity is 100% plant-based with no meat derivates to provide balanced nutrition alongside your dog's meat-based diet.
What does human-grade mean?
We use ingredients selected to human-grade quality standards wherever applicable, rather than relying on low-grade feed materials.
Daily Longevity remains a complementary feed formulated specifically for dogs.
Does it contain artificial colours or flavours?
Daily Longevity contains no artificial colours. Its savoury umami mushroom natural flavour is designed to make it easy to mix into your dog’s normal food.
Does it contain allergens?
Daily Longevity is unlikely to cause allergic reactions in dogs, but please check the full ingredient list before use if your dog has a known food allergy or sensitivity.

Can I use it alongside other supplements?
In many cases, yes. However, we recommend checking the ingredient quantities to avoid unnecessary overlap, particularly with vitamins and minerals.

Please consult your vet before giving Daily Longevity to a pregnant or nursing dog.
How should I store it?
Store the pouch sealed in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep it out of reach of children and animals.
Is the product tested?
Daily Longevity is produced using controlled quality and safety processes. Add your confirmed testing statement here, for example:
Each production batch is tested for microbiological safety, heavy metals and product consistency.
Feeding
How much should I give my dog?
Give once daily based on your dog’s weight:
- Small dogs under 10kg: 1 scoop, or 2.5g
- Medium dogs between 10kg and 25kg: 2 scoops, or 5g
- Large dogs over 25kg: 3 scoops, or 7.5g
How do I serve it?
Scoop the recommended amount onto your dog’s usual food, mix lightly and serve.
Daily Longevity can be added to wet, dry, raw or home-cooked food.
Should I introduce it gradually?
You can serve the full recommended amount from the first day. For particularly cautious or sensitive dogs, begin with a small amount and gradually increase it over several days.
Will my dog like the taste?
Daily Longevity has a natural savoury flavour designed to blend into your dog’s normal food.
For fussy dogs, start with a small amount, mix it thoroughly and gradually build up to the full serving.
What should I do if my dog eats dry food?
Mix the powder thoroughly into the food. Adding a small splash of water can help it coat dry kibble more evenly.
Can I split the daily serving?
Yes. You can divide the recommended amount between two meals if that better suits your dog’s routine.
What if I miss a day?
Simply continue with the normal serving the following day. There is no need to double the amount.
How long does one pouch last?
Each pouch contains 150g:
- Small dogs: 60 days
- Medium dogs: 30 days
- Large dogs: 20 days
If you choose a subscription, you will receive 60 days worth of products on a recurring basis (every 60 days / 2 months)
Is a scoop included?
Yes. A measuring scoop is included so you can serve the correct daily amount.
Subscriptions
How does the subscription work?
Your subscription is set according to your dog’s size and expected pouch usage. We automatically send your next order at the appropriate interval so you do not run out.
How often will I receive my order?
The standard delivery schedule is always 60 days:
- Small dogs: one pouch every 60 days
- Medium dogs: two pouches every 60 days
- Large dogs: three pouches every 60 days
Is the subscription easy to cancel?
Yes. There is no long-term commitment. You can pause, skip, change or cancel your subscription through your online account before the next order is processed.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes. You can skip an upcoming order from your subscription portal.
Can I change my delivery date?
Yes. You can move your next order date through your account, provided the order has not already been processed.
Can I change my dog-size plan?
Yes. You can update your subscription if your dog’s needs change. This may change the number of pouches and the cost of your subscription.
Will I receive a reminder before renewal?
We will email you 3 days before your next subscription payment is taken.
What happens if my payment fails?
We will email you and retry the payment. You can update your payment method through your subscription account.
Will my subscription price ever change?
If pricing changes, we will notify you before applying any increase to an existing subscription.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards, along with any express-payment methods shown at checkout, such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.
Only list the methods enabled in your Shopify checkout.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its approved payment providers. EverDog does not store your full card details.
When will I be charged?
For one-time purchases, payment is taken when you place your order.
For subscriptions, payment is taken when each scheduled order is processed.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible at hello@everdog.co.uk. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfilment.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us immediately if your order has not yet been dispatched.
Subscription customers should also update their address in their subscription account before the next order is processed.
I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.
If the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect it.
Where can I find my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Check your junk or spam folder if it has not arrived.
Do your prices include VAT?
All prices shown include applicable UK VAT.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.
How much does delivery cost?

How long will delivery take?
Orders are normally dispatched within 1 working days and delivered within approximately 2-3 working days after dispatch.
How can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched, we will send you an email containing tracking information where available.
My tracking has not updated. What should I do?
Tracking can sometimes take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch. If there is still no movement after that, contact us and we will investigate.
My order has not arrived. What should I do?
Check the tracking link and any safe places around your property first. If the parcel is overdue, contact us at hello@everdog.co.uk with your order number.
My parcel arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please photograph the parcel and damaged item, then contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate replacement or refund.
What happens if my order is returned to you?
We will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund. Additional postage may apply where an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied.
Returns & Guarantee
What is the Empty Bowl Guarantee?
Your first order is protected by our 90-Day Empty Bowl Guarantee.
If your dog refuses to eat Daily Longevity, or you are not satisfied after giving it a fair try, contact us within 90 days of receiving your first order.
What does the guarantee cover?
The guarantee applies to your first qualifying order of Daily Longevity and is designed to give you confidence when trying it with your dog.
It covers:
- Dogs who consistently refuse the product after a gradual introduction
- Customers who are not satisfied after using it as directed
- The first order placed by an eligible household

Do I need to return an opened pouch?
No. You do not need to return an opened pouch unless our team specifically asks you to.
Does the guarantee cover subscription renewals?
The guarantee should normally apply to the first order only, not repeated subscription renewals.
How do I make a guarantee claim?
Email hello@everdog.co.uk within 90 days of delivery with:
- Your order number (check your order confirmation email)
- Your dog’s name and size
- A brief explanation of your experience
Our team will guide you through the next steps.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. They normally appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Can I return an unopened pouch?
Yes. Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to your returns policy.
Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct instructions.
Do you cover return postage?
Return postage is covered by EverDog.
