Pause, Modify, or Cancel Anytime

When you enroll in an EverDog subscription, you are not locked into any long-term commitments. You have the freedom to manage your subscription entirely on your terms. Through your customer account portal, you can:

  • Pause your deliveries if you have too much product or are going away.

  • Modify your delivery frequency.

  • Update your shipping address or payment method.

  • Cancel your subscription entirely.

How to Manage Your Subscription

To make changes or cancel your subscription, simply log into your account using the email address associated with your order. You can access the portal via the "Account" icon on our website or through the secure link provided in your initial subscription confirmation email.

Cancellation Deadlines

To prevent your next scheduled order from processing and shipping, you must cancel or modify your subscription at least 24 hours before your next upcoming billing date.

Your upcoming billing dates are always visible in your customer portal, and we will automatically send you a courtesy reminder email a few days before your card is charged.

Orders Already Processed

If you cancel your subscription after your scheduled billing date and the payment has already been processed, that specific order cannot be halted in our fulfillment center and will be shipped to you.

However, you may still return the unopened, sealed pouch to us for a refund in accordance with our standard Return and Refund Policy. Your subscription cancellation will then apply to all future recurring orders.

Please note that canceling your subscription does not void your eligibility for our 90-Day "Empty Bowl" Guarantee on your very first order. If you cancel your recurring subscription but are still within the 60-day window of your initial purchase, your first pouch is still fully covered.
