Thank you for choosing EverDog. We want you and your dog to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is our standard return and refund policy, designed to give you complete peace of mind when ordering from us.

The 60-Day "Empty Bowl" Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our product and its impact on your dog’s healthspan. If your dog doesn't lick their bowl completely clean and show visible signs of increased vitality within 60 days, we will refund your first order. No questions asked.

To claim this guarantee:

  • Email our team within 60 days of receiving your first order.

  • Provide your original order number.

  • We will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Standard Returns (Unopened Items)

If you change your mind or accidentally order the wrong item, we accept returns on all unopened, sealed, and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: The pouch must remain completely sealed in its original packaging and be in a resalable condition.

  • Return Shipping: For standard changes of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Initiating a Return: Please email us before sending any items back so we can provide you with the correct return authorization and instructions.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as possible, or issue a full refund, and we will cover all associated return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (or your Empty Bowl claim is processed), we will send you an email notification.

  • Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
